Q:What do I do if a coupon issued by is not working?

Your coupon may not be working because of any of the following reasons:

    1)The validity of the coupon may have expired.

    2)The coupon may have already been used.

    3)The coupon may not be applicable on specific items. These products are already at their best price and hence, further coupons are not applicable on them.

    4)The coupon will not work if the Shopping Cart Value is less than the value required for the coupon to be applicable. For example: if the coupon is be valid only for purchases above Rs. 10000, then in such a case the coupon will not be applicable for cart values less than Rs. 10000

    5)The coupon may be linked with a user account (or email) to which it was sent. Login to the correct user account for availing the coupon discount

Q: Do I need to pay Shipping Charges for purchases on

Most of the items come with free delivery and combined purchases also are eligible for Free shipping. However if you want the product immediate delivery like Express delivery then there will be extra charge.

Q:Why is the product not available for shipping in my city or district?

We are currently working on it to deliver the product at your locations across south India. But as of now we are only able to serve in Kerala due to State regulatory issues, legal restrictions or any other compliance related reason We will soon will deliver to Tamilnadu, Karnataka etc.

Q:Why did cancel my confirmed order?

The following are the reason to cancel the order:

    1)The product may be out of stock.

    2)The desired parameter like (color, finish, wood, fabric, foam, etc.) are not available for the ordered product.

Q:I am not satisfied with the product and want to return it; what do I need to do?

Once we receive the returned item; refunds would be auto initiated within 72 hours and credited to the original mode of payment.

How to initiate a return:

  • Please call our Customer Service Professional on +91 9387729534 or send us an email on mentioning your order number and the details of the item you wish to return. All return requests need to be placed within 48 hours of receipt of product.
  • You will receive an email from us with a Returns Declaration Form. Please fill the Returns Declaration Form.
  • Please pack the unused item with all accessories, tags, boxes, bags, stickers, papers and with the original Invoice.
  • We will send our vehicle to return the product to our premises or you can send the product through rented goods vehicle or good cargo services with tracking options. The product must be received in good condition.
  • If you are looking for an exchange you can return the product in our vehicle when we deliver the exchanged item. The product must be received in good condition.
  • Once the refund is approved, the amount will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Q: How do I track my order status in

You can simply track your orders by giving your order id or email id in the My Account menu. You will get How to access instruction in your registered Email ID. If you are a Signed In user then you can view it in Orders
